March 2017
We had a full house in March and lots of things going on. Life just doesn't seem to slow down too much anymore, Even though Paige has had a little bit of a hard time adjusting from her mission because of all of the extra time on her hands, we are grateful we had time together as a family in March to create some fun memories together. That wouldn't have been possible if she would have started school up right away.

Our neighbor let us come and pick lemons off her tree. There were so many lemons and they were huge. I spent the afternoon squeezing lemons and it just happened to be my mom's birthday that day so we decorated with lemon peels.
We celebrated Candy's birthday at the bowling alley. One of these couples is not like the others:)

Sydney made a cool cake for her cell project and loved welcoming in her friends to YW at New Beginnings. She's happy to not be alone in there anymore.
Jackson made the Perry JV B volleyball team. He's never played before so he was excited to make the team. He enjoys being on a team with his friends and he likes the laid back nature of the sport. The games are short and indoor, kind of the opposite of football.

Paige's happy personality and spirit were nice to have around! She sure learned a lot about life on her mission and reminded us of what is most important.

The most miraculous event happened when all three older kids made it to trek. It was not an easy task, but in the end they were obedient and went. Jackson and Paige actually had a pretty fun time, McKell got in a family that had no kids her age so that wasn't that fun for her. Sometimes in life we just do what we're told to do and we gain blessings from doing so.
