At Least He's Reading. . .
Jackson rushed in from school today with his first book report in hand. He was so excited to show me he had typed a full paragraph. I was ecstatic because he normally hates anything that includes reading or writing. The font was beautiful, the punctuation looked good, it seemed as though there were even complete sentences. Then I read the second sentence.
"At least he's reading," I kept mumbling to myself.

Ha ha!! All my class is obsessed with Diary of a Wimpy Kid! I read it and I can see why the boys love it. So funny! Yes, at least he's reading!
ReplyDeleteWhat? Those books are brilliant, BRILLIANT I tell you! Brandon laughed himself silly and I got some good chuckles myself.
ReplyDeleteAlex liked those books too. I have read parts, but haven't read it all. Oh well, at least it was easy for him to remember his favorite part, and yes, it is always good to find something they will read! :)
ReplyDeleteIf that is his favorite part, Matt said Jackson would love him as his coach.
