February Wrap Up

Mike and I took a much needed get away to Atlanta for a few days.  Paige watched the kids for us.  We discovered our new favorite breakfast place called the Flying Biscuit Cafe.  It was delicious!  We also hiked Kennesaw Mountain, which was really more like a hill, but it was nice to be above the trees and be able to see out!  Another plus was the  Civil War History at the site.

And then we ran into this little Sister Missionary! It was so fun to see her for 5 min. at the Atlanta Airport.  We had to sneak a hug before her mission president figured out our little scheme.

We had a youth temple trip and a big turn out! I love how incredible and strong the youth are here in our ward.

New Beginnings turned out really good this year.  We copied an idea from Pinterest, but put our own twist on things.  I have really creative counselors and secretary so I don't have to think about the "artsy/cutesie stuff."  I've decided one of my talents is delegation.  I do it well!

It took Ace three tries, but he finally figured out that playing in this net was not a good idea.
