Can't Be Everywhere At Once
The last weekend in April we had to make some choices. It was one of those weekends where everyone in the family had something major and important going on.
MCKELL'S STATE GYMNASTICS MEET
PAIGE'S SENIOR PROM
YW WARD CARNIVAL
JACKSON AND SYDNEY'S SOCCER GAMES
MY MOM'S GRADUATION FROM BYU
So we divided and conquered. And somehow I got a fun trip to Utah out of it and Mike was literally left with pie in his face at the carnival. I'm thankful I married someone that can keep things running here at home so I could be with my family on my mom's special day!
McKell placed 6th on the floor in her level with a 9.275. Her falls on beam left her pretty sad though since she landed all of her difficult elements and fell off on easy things. But there is always next time!
It was such a beautiful thing to witness my mom finish her degree at 67. She inspires me so much!
I got to eat some Thai food with the Park family too. Hugh was really being brave trying Thai food for his first time. I think he still prefers meat and potatoes.
Paige had to figure out how to fix her Prom dress on her own since I was gone. Somehow she managed. She will have to be doing a lot of figuring things out on her own in a few months. I think she looked beautiful and the best part was she borrowed the dress and it didn't cost us a thing.
