November 2016

November was a busy month because Grandma and Grandpa Ogden packed up and moved to Arizona for the winter.  I flew out to Utah and then drove back to Arizona with them.  Kalli and Critter drove a truck down with all of their big items a week later.  We spent many hours shopping for furniture and everything else needed to start a new household.  I actually realized I love shopping with someone else's money.  :) Licia has been their tech guru and gets phone calls daily.  Tammy helped with the interior design details and Mike helped with a wall hanging that turned out beautiful.  It really is quite a process to establish a new home out of state, and my mom handled it extremely well.  In fact, I think she kind of enjoyed the challenge.

Grandpa thought it was a piece of cake to move. . . . wonder why??

These two love to make fun of their dad.  They got in his closet and impersonated him.  I don't think he was laughing much.  (But I was,  ha ha)

Sydney is never at a loss for friends!

This was taken after the Hamilton play off game when Perry's Varisty football team was headed to the state semi-finals.  We loved watching Matt coach and enjoyed going to the games with Licia.
We had a first at Thanksgiving this year where both of our parents were with us for Thanksgiving dinner!  Last Thanksgiving we were at the hospital thinking that my dad might die any day.  We sure were counting our blessings this year.  We have so much to be grateful for!!

Natalie texted us this picture she found from a Thanksgiving about 19 years ago while we were living in LA and spending the holiday with Sean's family.  Just look at our 20 year old today!
